Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest skruber natryskowy wspomagany polem elektrycznym z opartym na tryboelektryzacji ładowaniem cząstek stałych. Zanieczyszczony gaz jest wstępnie oczyszczany w skruberze natryskowym, a następnie, w górnej części urządzenia, część zanieczyszczenia, która nie została wcześniej wydzielona jest odpylana z wykorzystaniem pola elektrycznego. Przedstawiony układ pozwala na poprawę sprawności odpylania gazu zanieczyszczonego cząstkami stałymi, w szczególności dla mniejszych frakcji zanieczyszczenia. Dzięki zastosowaniu ukazanego urządzenia możliwe jest poszerzenie zakresu pracy urządzenia odpylającego dla większego spektrum wymiarów zanieczyszczenia oraz zmniejszenie ilości zużywanej wody w porównaniu z klasyczną koncepcją skrubera natryskowego.
