Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielowarstwowy rękaw kompozytowy, zwłaszcza do bezwykopowej renowacji rurociągów. Wielowarstwowy rękaw kompozytowy, zwłaszcza do bezwykopowej renowacji rurociągów, posiada wewnętrzną warstwę folii i ewentualnie zewnętrzną ochronną, środkowe warstwy z włókien mineralnych, organicznych, syntetycznych ewentualnie nieorganicznych, które to warstwy są w postaci tkanych, pikowanych, filcowanych, czesanych, włókien kierunkowych ewentualnie odcinków włókien narzuconych nieregularnie na poprzednie, zszytych albo przesuniętych krawędziami wzdłużnymi zachodzącymi na sąsiednie warstwy i nasączonych żywicami utwardzalnymi z inicjatorami polimeryzacji, przy czym ewentualnie: jako wewnętrzną warstwę folii posiada elastyczne folie syntetyczne o dużym stopniu przepuszczalności światła: PE, HDPE, MDPE, PA/PE, zintegrowane lub folie biodegradowalne; jako włókna mineralne zawiera włókna: szklane, bazaltowe, metalowe, jako włókna organiczne posiada włókna roślinne z lnu, konopi, sizalu, juty, bawełny, kenafu, abaki ramii, bambusa, kokosa, trzciny cukrowej bagasse, rącznika pospolitego, soi, włókna jedwabnika Attacus atlas, lub co najmniej dwóch z nich, poddane przygotowawczej obróbce chemicznej i ewentualnie acetylenowaniu; jako włókna syntetyczne posiada włókna polipropylenowe, kewlarowe, poliestrowe, aramidowe, polietylenowe, terylenowe, wiskozowe, poliestroamidowe, lub co najmniej dwa z nich; posiada polimery podatne na fotoinicjację promieniowaniem UV, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma odbarwione włókna (2) roślinne w ilości 1% do 80% wagowych masy laminatu, korzystnie pre-wzmocnione warstewką tworzywa syntetycznego i/lub pre-wzmocnione odbarwione włókna (2) roślinne przez równoległe włókna (2a) mineralne lub syntetyczne, z których ma środkowe warstwy I÷IV(3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) o strukturze tkanin, mat, plecionek, włóknin lub filców. Opcjonalnie w środkowych warstwach I÷IV (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) ma zmienną ilość 0-100% objętościowo odbarwionych włókien (2) względem ilości włókien (2a), korzystnie włókien poliakrylonitrylowych, a najkorzystniej mieszaniny z 10-90% włókien mineralnych. Korzystnie w kolejnych środkowych warstwach I÷IV (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) ma ilość procentową odbarwionych włókien (2) wzrastającą od środkowej warstwy I (3a) o najmniejszym obwodzie do środkowej warstwy IV (3d) o największym obwodzie, najkorzystniej zawierającej włókna bazaltowe. Korzystnie w sąsiadujących środkowych warstwach I÷IV (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) ma różną strukturę odbarwionych włókien (2), najkorzystniej w połączeniu z włóknami (2a). Korzystnie odbarwione włókna (2) ma pozyskane z przygotowawczej obróbki chemicznej znanego bielenia włókien. Korzystnie ma na powierzchni środkowej warstwy I (3a) stycznej z wewnętrzną warstwą folii (1) warstewkę trudno-ścieralną, najkorzystniej z piasku kwarcowego i/lub w postaci nanoziarnistej krzemionki.
