Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja adiuwantowa, zwłaszcza do aktywacji agrochemikaliów zawierająca wodę, siarczan amonu, hydroksypropylową gumę guar, co najmniej jeden surfaktant, silikonowy środek przeciwpieniący, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera alkohol oleilowy, a surfaktant wybrany jest z grupy obejmującej co najmniej jeden alkoksylowany alkohol tłuszczowy, alkilopoliglikozyd, monolaurynian polietoksylowanego sorbitanu i ich kombinację, a proporcje wody: siarczanu amonu: hydroksypropylowej gumy guar: surfaktantu: silikonowego środka przeciwpieniącego: alkoholu oleilowego wyrażone w % wag. w odniesieniu do całości kompozycji adiuwantowej wynoszą odpowiednio 35 do 47 % wag.: 25 do 34 % wag.: 1,5 do 2 % wag.: 17 do 22 % wag.: 0,03 do 0,07 % wag.: 4,5 do 5,5 % wag. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ponadto sposób wytwarzania kompozycji adiuwantowej według wynalazku charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje etapy: Etap I. Zmieszania wody, siarczanu amonu i co najmniej jednego surfaktanta z wytworzeniem mieszaniny A w proporcji odpowiednio 35 do 47 % wag.: 25 do 34 % wag.: 17 do 22 % wag.; Etap II. Zmieszania alkoholu oleilowego, silikonowego środka przeciwpieniącego i hydroksypropylowej gumy guar z wytworzeniem mieszaniny B w proporcji odpowiednio 4,5 do 5,5 % wag.: 0,03 do 0,07 % wag.: 1,5 do 2% wag.; Etap III. Dodania mieszaniny B do mieszaniny A z ciągłym mieszaniem mieszaniny A i z kontynuacją mieszania po połączeniu mieszanin A i B; przy czym proporcje komponentów są wyrażone w % wag. w końcowej mieszaninie z Etapu III, a surfaktant w Etapie I wybrany jest z grupy obejmującej co najmniej jeden alkoksylowany alkohol tłuszczowy, alkilopoliglikozyd, monolaurynian polietoksylowanego sorbitanu i ich kombinację. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ponadto zastosowanie kompozycji adiuwantowej według wynalazku do sporządzania mieszanin z substancjami czynnymi agrochemicznie, przy czym mieszaniny wybrane są z grupy obejmującej trwałe, gotowe do użycia mieszaniny wbudowane w formulacje substancji czynnej(ych) agrochemicznie oraz mieszaniny dodawane bezpośrednio przed opryskiwaniem do zbiornika opryskiwacza, w którym znajduje się substancja(e) czynna(e) agrochemicznie.
