Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest sposób wytwarzania laminatu tekstylnego zawierającego w kolejności następujące warstwy: dzianinę rządkową, membranę paroprzepuszczalną, włókninę oraz dzianinę osnowową, zawierającego ponadto: układ grzewczy zawierający pierwsze ścieżki elektroprzewodzące do rezystancyjnego wytwarzania ciepła oraz układ pomiaru wilgotności zawierający drugie ścieżki elektroprzewodzące do detekcji wilgotności tego laminatu; w sposobie tym dzianinę osnowową poddaje się napawaniu wodnym roztworem modyfikującym, a ponadto na dzianinie osnowowej wytwarza się powłokę hydrofobową poprzez powleczenie dzianiny osnowowej od jednej jej strony wodnym roztworem środka hydrofobowego w postaci spienionej.
