Advantageously, the horizontal conveyor (10) cooperates with an external device equipped with a pick-up table (13) moving baking trays (2) from position (11) on the conveyor (10) to the batch oven (14). The horizontal conveyor (10) is equipped with a transport belt (12) that moves the baking trays (2) ready for reloading from position (11) to the pickup table (13) and then to the baking oven (14).
