Abstract
Robot do automatycznego pobierania blach piekarniczych z wózków wielopoziomowych oraz do automatycznego załadunku tych blach na wózki i do załadunku blach piekarniczych do wsadowego pieca piekarniczego charakteryzuje się tym, że wyposażony jest w panel sterowniczy (6) oraz urządzenie posiadające platformę z zespołem chwytaków (4) we wstępnej strefie komory bufora, a komora wstępna posiada półki (7) na posadowienie blach piekarniczych (2) poruszające się cyklicznie pionowo w górę a w górnej części komora ta posiada przepychacz (5), przesuwający poziomo blachy piekarnicze (2) na półki (9) w komorze końcowej strefy buforowej, półki te przemieszczane są wraz z blachami piekarniczymi (2) pionowo w dół na transporter poziomy (10) wyposażony w taśmą transportową (12). Korzystnie transporter poziomy (10) współpracuje z zewnętrznym urządzeniem wyposażonym w stół podbierający (13) przemieszczający blachy piekarnicze (2) z pozycji (11) na transporterze (10) do pieca wsadowego (14). Transporter poziomy (10) wyposażony jest w taśmę transportową (12) przemieszczającą blachy piekarnicze (2) gotowe do przeładunku z pozycji (11) na stół podbierający (13) a następnie do wsadowego pieca piekarniczego (14).A robot for automatic collection of baking trays from multi-level trolleys and for automatic loading of these trays onto trolleys and for loading baking trays into a batch baking oven is characterized in that it is equipped with a control panel (6) and a device having a platform with a set of grippers (4) in the preliminary zone of the buffer chamber, and the preliminary chamber has shelves (7) for placing baking trays (2) moving cyclically vertically upwards and in the upper part this chamber has a pusher (5) that moves baking trays (2) horizontally onto shelves (9) in the final chamber of the buffer zone, these shelves are moved together with baking trays (2) vertically downwards onto a horizontal conveyor (10) equipped with a transport belt (12). Advantageously, the horizontal conveyor (10) cooperates with an external device equipped with a pick-up table (13) moving baking trays (2) from position (11) on the conveyor (10) to the batch oven (14). The horizontal conveyor (10) is equipped with a transport belt (12) that moves the baking trays (2) ready for reloading from position (11) to the pickup table (13) and then to the baking oven (14).
