Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ uplastyczniający wytłaczarki ślimakowej, posiadający cylinder wytłaczarki (1), w którym zamocowany jest ślimak (2). Charakteryzuje się on tym, że w ścianie cylindra wytłaczarki (1) znajdują się otwory o osiach rozmieszczonych promieniowo w stosunku do osi cylindra wytłaczarki (1). W każdym z tych otworów znajduje się cylinder prowadzący, wykonany z materiału nieferromagnetycznego, z zamocowanym w nim od zewnętrznej strony cylindra wytłaczarki (1) elektromagnesem. W cylindrze prowadzącym od strony wewnętrznej cylindra wytłaczarki (1) znajduje się tłok z zamocowanym do jego podstawy od zewnętrznej strony cylindra wytłaczarki (1) magnesem tudzież cylinder prowadzący posiada ograniczniki (3.1) całkowitego wysunięcia się tłoka z cylindra prowadzącego. Korzystnie tłok posiada na swoich bokach kształtki prowadzące w postaci rowków (5.1), w których znajdują się ograniczniki (3.1) cylindra prowadzącego. Tłok prowadzący posiada na swoim końcu znajdującym się od strony ślimaka (2) powierzchnię ograniczoną przez łuk o promieniu R1 odpowiadającemu promieniowi wewnętrznej powierzchni cylindra wytłaczarki (1).The subject of the application is the plasticizing system of a screw extruder having an extruder cylinder (1) in which a screw (2) is mounted. It is characterized by the fact that in the wall of the extruder cylinder (1) there are holes with axes arranged radially in relation to the axis of the extruder cylinder (1). In each of these holes there is a guide cylinder made of non-ferromagnetic material, with an electromagnet fixed in it from the outside of the extruder cylinder (1). In the guide cylinder, from the inside of the extruder cylinder (1), there is a piston with a magnet attached to its base from the outside of the extruder cylinder (1), and the guide cylinder has stops (3.1) for the complete extension of the piston from the guide cylinder. Preferably, the piston has on its sides guiding shapes in the form of grooves (5.1), in which stops (3.1) of the guiding cylinder are located. At its end located on the side of the screw (2), the guide piston has a surface limited by an arc with a radius R1 corresponding to the radius of the inner surface of the extruder cylinder (1).
