Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest autonomiczna platforma do powlekania wibracyjnego, która przeznaczona jest do nanoszenia cienkich warstw materiału na powierzchnie przedmiotów z wykorzystaniem ruchów wibracyjnych. Autonomiczna platforma posiada kadź wypełnioną ciekłym materiałem powlekającym, trawersę (68) wraz z wieszakami (69), na których zawieszone są przedmioty powlekane (3). Autonomiczna platforma do powlekania wibracyjnego charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada, umieszczone przeciwlegle na dwóch krańcach kadzi, zespoły opuszczania i podnoszenia ramy nośnej (30), z których każdy wyposażony jest w ostoję (74) do której zamocowany jest zespół (9) krążków prowadzących. Autonomiczna platforma do powlekania wibracyjnego wyposażona jest również w górną półkę (29) do której przymocowany jest zespół (6) obrotowych ramion, a także posiada zespół (7) krążków przesuwnych. Do belki poprzecznej (34), znajdującej się pomiędzy stojakami (26) przymocowany jest zespół (8) krążków regulacyjnych.
