Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy wspornika ściennego, do montażu elementów elewacji wentylowanych od tyłu, którego część pionowa wyposażona jest w otwory zwiększające opór cieplny, pomiędzy którymi znajdują się metalowe krzyżulce nachylone pod kątem. Konstrukcja wspornika (1), do mocowania elementów elewacyjnych, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada odcinek mocowania ściennego (2) z zagięciami usztywniającymi (2.1 i 2.2) oraz otworami montażowymi o wydłużonym  kształcie (10). Wspornik (1) posiada elementy wzmacniające odcinek drugi blachy w postaci odcinków (3.2 i 3.3), przy czym odcinki (3.2 i 3.3) mogą służyć jako płaszczyzna (4.2) do mocowania poziomego. Wspornik (1) posiada co najmniej jeden otwór w części drugiej blachy (3.1) o kształcie trapezu (5.1) z zaokrąglonymi wierzchołkami. Odmiana wspornika (1) posiada przynajmniej jeden otwór o kształcie zbliżonym do trójkąta z zaokrąglonymi wierzchołkami. Za pomocą wspornika w prosty, ekonomiczny i bezpieczny sposób jest mocowanie elewacji w różnych wariantach i orientacji bez konieczności dostarczania elementów dodatkowych. Unika się też wystąpienia mostków cieplnych, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu nośności. Montaż elewacji z wykorzystaniem wynalazku przebiega szybciej niż przy użyciu znanych rozwiązań.The application concerns a wall bracket for mounting rear-ventilated façade elements, the vertical part of which is equipped with holes increasing thermal resistance, between which there are metal crosspieces inclined at an angle. The design of the bracket (1) for mounting façade elements is characterized in that it has a wall mounting section (2) with stiffening bends (2.1 and 2.2) and elongated mounting holes (10). The bracket (1) has elements reinforcing the second section of the sheet metal in the form of sections (3.2 and 3.3), wherein the sections (3.2 and 3.3) can serve as a plane (4.2) for horizontal mounting. The bracket (1) has at least one hole in the second part of the sheet metal (3.1) in the shape of a trapezium (5.1) with rounded tops. A variant of the bracket (1) has at least one hole in the shape of a triangle with rounded tops. The bracket enables easy, economical and safe fastening of the facade in various variants and orientations without the need to provide additional elements. Thermal bridges are also avoided, while maintaining load-bearing capacity. The assembly of the facade using the invention is faster than using known solutions.
