Abstract

Sposób balansowania akumulatorów typu litowo-żelazowo-fosforanowego (LFP) składających się z pakietów ogniw 4S, czyli czterech ogniw połączonych szeregowo, w którym balansuje się co najmniej dwa takie akumulatory połączone szeregowo, przy czym proces balansowania jest balansowaniem pasywnym, w którym prąd doładowywania Ib z ładowarki podaje się na doładowywane akumulatory, a w przypadku akumulatorów naładowanych, prąd Ib przepływa przez układ rezystorów, gdzie wytraca się w postaci ciepła i w pierwszym etapie sposobu akumulatory podłącza się do ładowarki o napięciu wyjściowym Uc wynoszącym od 14,3 do 14,8 x ilość akumulatorów połączonych szeregowo [V] i ładuje się akumulatory prądem ładowania Ic i w drugim etapie akumulator, który jako pierwszy osiąga wartość napięcia U1 staje się akumulatorem naładowanym i przestaje się go ładować, a pozostałe akumulatory doładowuje się prądem doładowywania Ib i w kolejnych etapach przestaje się doładowywać kolejne akumulatory, które osiągają wartość napięcia U1, tak długo aż wszystkie akumulatory osiągną wartość napięcia U1, kiedy to w ostatnim etapie kończy się proces balansowania i ładowania akumulatorów, przy czym, jeżeli w dowolnym etapie napięcie na dowolnym akumulatorze naładowanym spadnie poniżej wartości U2, ponownie doładowuje się ten akumulator prądem doładowywania Ib.
