Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja na osnowie poodpadowego PP i sposób jej przetwarzania metodą formowania wtryskowego. Kompozycja polimerowa na osnowie poodpadowego PP, z dodatkiem kompatybilizatora, składa się z poodpadowego PP o wskaźniku płynięcia 0,5 — 12 g/10 min w ilości 92% - 96% masowych, 0% - 3% masowych włókna PP o średnicy od 0,1 do 0,5 mm, 0% — 3% masowych włókniny PP o gęstości 100 — 150 g/m<sup>2</sup>, 0% — 1% masowych PP szczepionego kwasem akrylowym jako kompatybilizatora oraz 0% - 1% masowych flogobitu modyfikowanego chlorkiem trimetylowinyloamoniowym, otrzymanego w procesie ze wzbogaconego flogobitu w 8% do 10% zawiesinie wodnej w temperaturze maksimum 80°C chlorkiem trimetylowinyloamoniowym w postaci minimum 30% roztworu w alkoholu etylowym w ilości 35 - 45 g/100 g flogobitu surowego i kolejno, poddanego suszeniu w temperaturze 80°C — 100°C, mieleniu i przesianiu na sicie o oczku nie większym niż 0,06 mm. Sposób przetwarzania kompozycji polimerowej na osnowie poodpadowego PP metodą formowania wtryskowego, polega na tym, że włókno PP i/lub rozdrobniona wstępnie włóknina PP podawane są do cylindra uplastyczniającego wtryskarki w odległości 4 — 8 średnic ślimaka od dyszy wtryskarki, przy czym włókno i włóknina dozowane są przy użyciu dozowników spiralnych z elementami rozwłókniającymi, usytuowanymi zarówno na wewnętrznej powierzchni rury podajnika, jak i na zewnętrznej powierzchni spirali podajnika w ilości po 1 — 8 elementów na 1 zwój, przy czym odległość elementów rozwłókniających usytuowanych na cylindrze wynosi nie mniej niż 1 mm.The subject of the application is a composition based on post-waste PP and a method of processing it by injection moulding. The polymer composition based on post-waste PP, with the addition of a compatibilizer, consists of post-waste PP with a melt flow rate of 0.5 — 12 g/10 min in the amount of 92% - 96% by weight, 0% - 3% by weight of PP fiber with a diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, 0% - 3% by weight of PP nonwoven fabric with a density of 100 — 150 g/m<sup>2</sup>, 0% - 1% by weight of PP grafted with acrylic acid as a compatibilizer, and 0% - 1% by weight of phlogobite modified with trimethylvinylammonium chloride, obtained in the process of enriching phlogobite in an 8% to 10% aqueous suspension at a maximum temperature of 80°C with trimethylvinylammonium chloride in the form of a minimum 30% solution in ethyl alcohol in the amount of 35 - 100% 45 g/100 g of raw phlogobite and subsequently, subjected to drying at a temperature of 80°C — 100°C, grinding and sieving on a sieve with a mesh size of not more than 0.06 mm. The method of processing a polymer composition based on post-waste PP by injection molding consists in that PP fiber and/or pre-comminuted PP nonwoven fabric are fed to the plasticizing cylinder of the injection molding machine at a distance of 4 — 8 screw diameters from the nozzle of the injection molding machine, wherein the fiber and nonwoven fabric are dosed using spiral feeders with fiberizing elements located both on the inner surface of the feeder pipe and on the outer surface of the feeder spiral in the amount of 1 — 8 elements per 1 roll, wherein the distance of the fiberizing elements located on the cylinder is not less than 1 mm.
