Abstract

Kompozytowe koło łańcuchowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że koło (1) zbudowane jest z polimerowej tulei (2) i stalowego wieńca (3), połączonego na wcisk bez dodatkowych elementów blokujących, zaś na wewnętrznej powierzchni stalowego wieńca (3) rozmieszczone są wypusty (4). Natomiast istota wytwarzania koła łańcuchowego polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie technikami klasycznymi wtrysku, bądź metodą ubytkową z półfabrykatów, korzystnie z prefabrykatów w postaci prętów lub rur wytwarza się polimerową tuleję (2) z tworzywa sztucznego, gdzie wykorzystuje się granulaty lub ekstrudowane/odlewane półfabrykaty tworzyw z grupy poliestrów, poliamidów, poliacetali, poliolefin, tworzyw fluorowych, poliuretanów lub kompozyty na ich osnowie, w drugim etapie metodami wykrawania lub cięcia laserem wytwarza się stalowy wieniec (3) o średnicy wewnętrznej mniejszej niż średnica zewnętrzna tulei (2), następnie poprzez docisk, korzystnie na prasie, na tulei (2) umieszcza się stalowy wieniec (3) z jednoczesnym skrawaniem materiału poprzez wypusty (4) na wewnętrznej powierzchni stalowego wieńca (3).
