Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for producing an organic-mineral fertilizer using magnesium compounds and strong acids, which is characterized in that at ambient temperature, from 25% to 80% by mass of organic sediment containing more than 40% to 90% of dry mass is introduced into the bioreactor and, starting the mixing, from 5% to 40% by mass of calcined magnesite is added and the whole is mixed for 15 to 30 minutes, after which, starting the cooling, from 5% to 30% by mass of phosphoric acid with a concentration of 50% to 90% is gradually dosed into the bioreactor and solid potassium hydroxide is added in an amount of 2% to 25% by mass and, subsequently, from 20% to 50% by mass of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 70% to 100% is dosed and then the resulting mixture is cooled to a temperature below 40°C and the pH value of the extract is measured of the substance taken from the bioreactor, and if the pH value of the water extract is within the range of 4 to 8.0, then 5% to 30% of urea is added successively and the whole is mixed until the loose components are completely homogenized, whereas if the pH value of the water extract is less than 4, the second portion of calcined magnesite in the amount of 1/50 of the first portion is introduced into the bioreactor, the contents of the reactor are homogenized and this procedure is repeated until the pH value of the water reaction is from 4 to 8.0, after which 5% to 30% of urea is added.
