Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania recyklingowych belek kompozytowych do stabilizacji gruntów, zwłaszcza zawierających odpady zanieczyszczone, polega na tym, że do stalowej formy o wymiarach: długość od 1000 mm do 3000 mm, szerokości od 100 mm do 1000 mm i wysokości od 80 mm do 300 mm wsypywane są komponenty w postaci mieszaniny, kolejno: komponent A zawierający mieszaninę niejednorodnych odpadów przemysłowych w ilości od 10% do 20% wagowych, komponent B zawierający tworzywa sztuczne w ilości od 20% do 80% wagowych i komponentu C będącego substancją wiążącą w ilości od 1% do 5% wagowych, przy czym komponenty mają cząstki o wielkości od 0,01 mm do 200 mm, po czym następuje mieszanie w czasie od 1 do 5 minut, a następnie mieszanina jest prasowana prasą o sile nacisku od 40 do 200 t i po czasie od 5 do 30 minut, w którym następuje stężenie substancji wiążącej, uformowana belka owijana jest folią termokurczliwą PVC lub LDPE.A method of manufacturing recycled composite beams for stabilizing soils, especially those containing contaminated waste, comprises pouring components in the form of a mixture into a steel mold with the following dimensions: length from 1000 mm to 3000 mm, width from 100 mm to 1000 mm and height from 80 mm to 300 mm, in the following order: component A containing a mixture of heterogeneous industrial waste in an amount of 10% to 20% by weight, component B containing plastics in an amount of 20% to 80% by weight and component C being a binding substance in an amount of 1% to 5% by weight, wherein the components have particles of a size of 0.01 mm to 200 mm, followed by mixing for 1 to 5 minutes, and then the mixture is pressed with a press with a pressure force of 40 to 200 t and after a time of 5 to 30 minutes, during which the substance is concentrated binding, the formed beam is wrapped with PVC or LDPE heat shrink foil.
