Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób recyklingu włókien drzewnych, zwłaszcza z płyt drewnopochodnych, który prowadzi się tak, że w pierwszym etapie odpad zawierający włókno drzewne utwardzone środkiem wiążącym rozdrabnia się do postaci zrębków o wielkości od 0,5 do 5 cm, umieszcza się je w szczelnie zamykanym zbiorniku ciśnieniowym, a następnie zbiornik ciśnieniowy zamyka się i w komorze reakcyjnej obniża się ciśnienie do wartości od 0,1 do 0,95 kPa, jednocześnie ogrzewając jej zawartość do temperatury od 20 do 95°C. W drugim etapie do komory reakcyjnej wprowadza się roztwór alkaliczny albo roztwór kwasowy ogrzany do temperatury od 40 do 90°C, zaś ciśnienie w komorze reakcyjnej zrównuje się do ciśnienia atmosferycznego, a następnie układ reakcyjny ogrzewa się stopniowo do czasu rozpoczęcia reakcji egzotermicznej i po jej zakończeniu, w komorze reakcyjnej utrzymuje się temperaturę od 100 do 180°C oraz ciśnienie w przedziale od 1,0 do 1,5 MPa w czasie do 1 do 5 godzin. W trzecim etapie ciśnienie w komorze reakcyjnej redukuje się i wyprowadza się z niej ciecz impregnacyjną wraz z ługiem ekstrakcyjnym. W czwartym etapie komorę reakcyjną opróżnia się, zaś uzyskaną pulpę w piątym etapie myje się i suszy się.
