Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest spoiwo szklanokrystaliczne do narzędzi ściernych według zgłoszenia, które charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera następujące składniki, których ilości określone są w procentach wagowych (%wag.): SiO<sub>2 </sub>- 25-65%; Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> - 0,5-20%; B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> - 0,5-30; K<sub>2</sub>O – 0,5-10%; LiO<sub>2</sub> – 0,5-15%; CaO – 0,5-15%; MgO – 0,5-10%; ZnO - 5-30%; Na<sub>2</sub>O – 0,5—15%. Spoiwo według zgłoszenia pozwala na obróbkę cieplną ściernic z ziarnem elektrokorundowymi i mikrokrystalicznym w temperaturze do 940°C. Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje zagadnienie składu spoiwa ceramicznego, w którym ziarna ścierne z tlenku glinu mono - lub mikrokrystaliczne połączone są spoiwem szklanokrystalicznym o wyższej odporności na kruche pękanie w porównaniu do znanych spoiw szklanych dzięki obecności wygenerowanych faz krystalicznych w spoiwie, co wpływa bardzo korzystnie na proces obróbki wykańczającej.
