Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół do formowania masy półpłynnej na taśmie folii nośnej, mający zastosowanie do wytwarzania: mat, folii, płyt mających szczególne zastosowanie jako materiały wygłuszające, izolacyjne, higroskopijne dekoracyjne. Charakteryzuje się tym, że pod górnym ciągiem taśmy transportującej (2), strefie mechanizmu wałka formującego (9), usytuowany jest wałek wsporczy (8) taśmy (2), poza tym, w strefie wałka naciągowego (5) usytuowany jest mechanizm (4) folii nośnej (3) z elementem naciągowym, zaś mechanizmem formującym jest co najmniej jeden wałek formujący (9) z regulatorem wysokości osi wałka (9) i z regulatorem poziomego usytuowania osi wałka (9) względem osi wzdłużnej zespołu.
