Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób poprawy właściwości wytrzymałościowych papieru, gdzie do wzmocnienia papieru używa się roztworu wodnego chitozanu i kwasu cytrynowego, a stężenie procentowe chitozanu w takim roztworze wynosi co najmniej 0,1%, zaś stężenie procentowe kwasu cytrynowego co najmniej 0,5 %, gdzie roztwór zostaje użyty w procesie wzmacniania papieru poprzez dodanie go do pulpy w proporcji co najmniej 1/2 litra roztworu na 1 kg suchego papieru według patentu PL237344 charakteryzuje się tym, że do roztworu dodaje się benzoesanu sodu w ilości 0,001% do 30% jako środka konserwującego biodegradowalną żywicę. Korzystnie roztwór koncentratu zawiera kwas cytrynowy - o stężeniu co najmniej 0,5%, chitozan o stężeniu co najmniej 0,01% oraz benzoesanem sodu o stężeniu co najmniej 0,001%. Roztwór koncentratu powinien zostać użyty w procesie wzmacniania papieru poprzez dodanie go do pulpy w proporcji co najmniej 0,5 litra roztworu na 1 kg suchego papieru.The subject of the application is a method of improving the strength properties of paper, where an aqueous solution of chitosan and citric acid is used to strengthen the paper, and the percentage concentration of chitosan in such a solution is at least 0.1%, and the percentage concentration of citric acid is at least 0.5%, where the solution is used in the paper strengthening process by adding it to the pulp in a proportion of at least 1/2 liter of solution per 1 kg of dry paper according to patent PL237344 is characterized in that sodium benzoate is added to the solution in an amount of 0.001% to 30% as a preservative for the biodegradable resin. Preferably, the concentrate solution contains citric acid - at a concentration of at least 0.5%, chitosan at a concentration of at least 0.01% and sodium benzoate at a concentration of at least 0.001%. The concentrate solution should be used in the paper strengthening process by adding it to the pulp in a proportion of at least 0.5 litres of solution per 1 kg of dry paper.
