Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są bio-poli(estro-etero)uretany oraz sposób otrzymywania bio-poli(estro-etero)uretanów. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie przygotowuje się dwa prepolimery o różnej zawartości niezwiązanych grup izocyjanianowych od 5% do 12%, czyli bio-prepolimer poliestrowy otrzymywany z użyciem bio-poliolu poliestrowego oraz bio-prepolimer polieterowy otrzymywany z użyciem bio-poliolu polieterowego, w wyniku reakcji poliolu pochodzenia naturalnego o średniej masie cząsteczkowej od 1000 do 3000 g/mol z diizocyjanianem oraz ze stężonym kwasem ortofosforowym H<sub>3</sub>PO<sub>4</sub> w ilości od 0,03% do 0,2% wagowymi w stosunku do ilości prepolimeru. Reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze od 60°C do 90°C przez okres od 2 do 6 godzin. Następnie miesza się otrzymane dwa bio-prepolimery w różnych stosunkach wagowych, od 0,95:0,05 do 0,05:0,95, a następnie dodaje przedłużacza łańcucha prepolimeru w postaci glikolu pochodzenia roślinnego lub petrochemicznego użytego w takiej ilości, aby otrzymać stosunek molowy grup izocyjanianowych do hydroksylowych [NCO]/[OH] równy od 0,95 do 1,05, przy czym reakcję prowadzi się w obecności katalizatora.
