Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest opakowanie produktu z naklejoną etykietą programu lojalnościowego, w którym opakowanie jest w całości przejrzyste, a w przypadku kiedy jest nieprzejrzyste posiada transparentne okno służące do naklejenia etykiety. Etykietę programu lojalnościowego stanowi bezpieczna naklejka składająca się z transparentnej folii (1a) pokrytej z jednej strony transparentną warstwą adhezyjną (2), a z przeciwnej wielowarstwowym zadrukiem, przy czym warstwy wewnętrzne zadruku (3), najbliższe powierzchni transparentnej folii (1a) zawierają informacje czytelne od strony warstwy adhezyjnej (2) w postaci zindywidualizowanego identyfikatora programu lojalnościowego (3), a na warstwach wewnętrznych zadruku (3) naniesiona jest co najmniej jedna warstwa barierowa, na którą naniesione są warstwy zewnętrzne zadruku posiadające informacje dostępne z zewnętrznej strony etykiety (4), które pokryte są warstwami wykończeniowymi, nadto cała etykiety bądź jej fragment zawierający zindywidualizowany identyfikator programu lojalnościowego (3) posiadają sztancę bezpieczeństwa (6) lub inne zabezpieczenie przed manipulacją.
