Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest antymikrobowy lakier, według wynalazku, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera od 92 do 93% wag. żywicy akrylowej bazującej na metakrylanie metylu oraz od 2 do 3% wag. nietoksycznego biocydu w postaci sproszkowanych goździków, a ponadto inicjator, środek zwiększający rozlewność oraz środek ułatwiający odgazowanie. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób otrzymywania ww. lakieru. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że najpierw w pierwszym etapie bazującą na metakrylanie metylu żywicę akrylową w ilości od 92% do 93% wag. homogenizuje się z nietoksycznym biocydem w postaci sproszkowanych goździków w ilości od 2 do 3% wag., środkiem ułatwiającym odgazowanie oraz środkiem poprawiającym rozlewność, po czym w drugim etapie uzyskaną kompozycję chłodzi się, kruszy, miele i przesiewa przez sito o średnicy oczek wynoszącej od 30 do 200 µm.The subject of the application is an antimicrobial varnish, according to the invention, which is characterized in that it contains from 92 to 93% by weight of an acrylic resin based on methyl methacrylate and from 2 to 3% by weight of a non-toxic biocide in the form of powdered cloves, and further an initiator, an agent increasing the flowability and an agent facilitating degassing. The application also includes a method of obtaining the aforementioned varnish. This method is characterized in that first, in the first stage, an acrylic resin based on methyl methacrylate in an amount of from 92% to 93% by weight is homogenized with a non-toxic biocide in the form of powdered cloves in an amount of from 2 to 3% by weight, an agent facilitating degassing and an agent improving the flowability, and then in the second stage the obtained composition is cooled, crushed, milled and sieved through a sieve with a mesh diameter of from 30 to 200 µm.
