Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są żeliwa szare sferoidalne o podwyższonej wartości wydłużenia znajdujące zastosowanie w gałęziach gospodarki związanych z przemysłem maszynowym, tłoczeniem blach, energetyką, kolejnictwem itp. Żeliwo szare GJS-700-4 zawierające wagowo: 0,30 ÷ 0,50% Mn, 0,03 ÷ 0,08% Mg, < 0,05% Cr, < 0,01% V, charakteryzuje się tym, że dodatkowo zawiera wagowo: 3,10 ÷ 3,45% C, 2,35 ÷ 2,75% Si, < 1,10% Ni, < 0,50% Mo, 0,40 ÷ 0,70% Cu. Żeliwo szare GJS-600-6 zawierające wagowo: 0,30 ÷ 0,50% Mn, 0,03 ÷ 0,08% Mg, < 0,05% Cr, < 0,01% V, < 0,05% Ni, < 0,01% Mo, charakteryzuje się tym, że dodatkowo zawiera wagowo: 3,10 ÷ 3,45% C, 2,35 ÷ 2,75% Si, 0,40 ÷ 0,70% Cu.
