Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do automatycznej wentylacji płuc zawierające elektrycznie sterowane źródło (1) strumienia (q) gazowej mieszanki oddechowej oraz mikrokontroler (7) z pamięcią oraz sposób sterowania takiego urządzenia. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że mikrokontroler (7) zawiera układ regulacji (5) zawierający regulator ekstremalny (51) przystosowany do regulacji pracy źródła (1) strumienia (q) trybie stałoprzepływowym poprzez minimalnomocowy dobór częstotliwości pracy (Fopt) oraz regulator krokowy (52) przystosowany do regulacji pracy źródła (1) strumienia q w trybie stałomocowym poprzez dobór mocy (N) sygnału pneumatycznego na wyjściu źródła (1) strumienia (q) przy której osiąga się zadaną wartość wentylacji minutowej(VMo) zapisana w pamięci mikrokontrolera (7), zaś układ regulacji (5) jest połączony z centralnym układem sterującym (6) przystosowanym do synchronizowania układu regulacji (5) i aktywizowania regulatora ekstremalnego (51) albo regulatora krokowego (52).The subject of the application is a device for automatic lung ventilation comprising an electrically controlled source (1) of a stream (q) of a breathing gas mixture and a microcontroller (7) with memory, as well as a method for controlling such a device. The device is characterized in that the microcontroller (7) comprises a control system (5) comprising an extreme regulator (51) adapted to regulate the operation of the source (1) of the stream (q) in a constant flow mode by means of a minimum power selection of the operating frequency (Fopt) and a step regulator (52) adapted to regulate the operation of the source (1) of the stream q in a constant power mode by means of selecting the power (N) of the pneumatic signal at the output of the source (1) of the stream (q) at which the set value of minute ventilation (VMo) stored in the memory of the microcontroller (7) is achieved, and the control system (5) is connected to a central control system (6) adapted to synchronize the control system (5) and activate the extreme regulator (51) or the step regulator (52).
