Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są elementy termoizolacyjne z pionowymi przekładkami do likwidacji mostków termicznych w profilach okiennych oraz drzwiach w newralgicznym miejscu wzmocnienia tzw. zimnej komory. Elementy to zestawy wkładek termoizolacyjnych (1, 1', 1", 1"') oraz przekładek (4, 4', 4", 4"'). Wkładki (1, 1', 1", 1"') oraz przekładki (4, 4", 4'") mają postać trwale ze sobą połączonych pobocznicami w wiązki rurek (3, 3') o przekroju poprzecznym w kształcie okręgu lub dowolnego wielokąta, przy czym średnica przekroju poprzecznego każdej okrągłej rurki (3), bądź maksymalny wymiar przekroju poprzecznego rurki (3') w kształcie wielokąta mieści się w zakresie 2 — 7 mm, a rurki (3, 3') wykonane są z materiału elastycznego i sprężystego. Tylko przekładka (4') jest płaska i nie posiada żadnych otworów ani rurek. The inserts (1, 1', 1", 1"') and spacers (4, 4", 4'") have the form of tubes (3, 3') permanently connected to each other by side parts with a cross-section in the shape of a circle or any polygon, wherein the diameter of the cross-section of each round tube (3), or the maximum dimension of the cross-section of a tube (3') in the shape of a polygon, is in the range of 2 - 7 mm, and the tubes (3, 3') are made of a flexible and elastic material. Only the spacer (4') is flat and does not have any holes or tubes. The outline of the cross-section of the insert (1, 1', 1", 1"', 2, 2') is similar to the cross-section of each opening in the window profile (17, 18, 19) filled with the corresponding insert (1, 1', 1", 1"', 2, 2') so that each dimension of the cross-section of the insert outline (1, 1', 1", 1"', 2, 2') is 97% - 120% of the corresponding dimension of the opening or is deformable by hand muscles to the shape of the dimension of the filled opening, and the length of the beam does not exceed the length of the filled opening in the window profile (17, 18, 19).
