Abstract
Uchylny front meblowy po obu stronach wyposażony jest w dwa ramiona (2 i 3) połączone obrotowo z frontem oraz siłownik (4) połączony obrotowo z ramieniem napędowym (5). Ramiona (2 i 3) oraz ramię napędowe (5) zamocowane są obrotowo do płytki montażowej (6). Ramię (2) zamocowane bliżej górnej krawędzi frontu (1) jest krótsze od ramienia (3), zamocowanego dalej od górnej krawędzi frontu. Siłownik (4) ma postać sprężyny gazowej. Cylinder siłownika (4) jest przymocowany nieruchomo do frontu (1), a tłoczysko siłownika (4) do ramienia napędowego (5). We froncie (1) znajduje się wgłębienie (7) mieszczące ramiona (2 i 3), siłownik (4) i ramie napędowe. Wgłębienie mieści również cześć płytki montażowej (6). Odległość pomiędzy zamocowaniami ramion (2 i 3) na płytce montażowej jest mniejsza od odległości pomiędzy zamocowaniami ramion (2 i 3) we froncie (1).The tilting furniture front is equipped on both sides with two arms (2 and 3) pivotally connected to the front and an actuator (4) pivotally connected to the drive arm (5). The arms (2 and 3) and the drive arm (5) are pivotally mounted to the mounting plate (6). The arm (2) mounted closer to the upper edge of the front (1) is shorter than the arm (3) mounted further from the upper edge of the front. The actuator (4) has the form of a gas spring. The cylinder of the actuator (4) is fixedly attached to the front (1), and the piston rod of the actuator (4) to the drive arm (5). In the front (1) there is a recess (7) that accommodates the arms (2 and 3), the actuator (4) and the drive arm. The recess also accommodates part of the mounting plate (6). The distance between the mountings of the arms (2 and 3) on the mounting plate is smaller than the distance between the mountings of the arms (2 and 3) in the front (1).
