Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system ochrony odgromowej z wczesną emisją lidera, który składa się z podzespołu głowicy (11), której zewnętrzna metalowa rurowa obudowa (10) zaślepiona jest połączonym z nią nierozłącznie stalowym okrągłym elementem z osiowym nagwintowanym otworem, w który wkręcony jest nagwintowany walcowy sworzeń, którego dolne płytkowe okrągłe odsadzenie przylega do dolnej powierzchni elementu oraz z podzespołu sprężynowego (7), którego nagwintowany wewnątrz walcowy element metalowej dolnej podstawy (8) połączony jest rozłącznie z walcowym trzpieniem podzespołu głowicy (11), przy czym walcowy element posiada górne pierścieniowe odsadzenie przechodzące w walcowe odsadzenie o mniejszej średnicy, na którym osadzony jest połączony nierozłącznie z górnym pierścieniowym odsadzeniem dolny koniec śrubowej walcowej sprężyny wykonanej z drutu ze stali, natomiast górny koniec sprężyny osadzony jest na zewnętrznej powierzchni walcowej części metalowej górnej stożkowo — walcowej tulei (6), z którą połączony jest nierozłącznie, przy czym dolna powierzchnia walcowej części górnej stożkowo — walcowej tulei (6) oraz górna powierzchnia walcowego odsadzenia dolnej podstawy (8) połączone są za pomocą śrub z obu końcami giętkiego przewodu elektrycznego, natomiast w osiowym przelotowym otworze górnej stożkowej części (6') stożkowo — walcowej tulei (6) osadzony jest i połączony z nią rozłącznie dolny koniec metalowej anteny (1), przy czym zarówno walcowa część stożkowo — walcowej tulei (6) jak i dolna podstawa (8) i osadzona na nich sprężyna otoczone są szczelnie tulejową osłoną (32) wykonaną z elastycznego, rozciągliwego tworzywa gumopodobnego, natomiast dolny koniec podzespołu głowicy (11) połączony jest z podzespołem stabilizującym (13), a dolna nagwintowana część metalowej walcowej podstawy (12) podzespołu głowicy (11) wkręcona jest w metalową dwustopniową tuleję (14) podzespołu dolnego metalowego masztu.The subject of the application is a lightning protection system with early leader emission, which consists of a head sub-assembly (11), the outer metal tubular housing (10) of which is plugged with a steel circular element with an axial threaded hole, inseparably connected thereto, into which a threaded cylindrical pin is screwed, the lower plate-shaped circular offset of which adheres to the lower surface of the element, and a spring sub-assembly (7), the internally threaded cylindrical element of the metal lower base (8) of which is releasably connected to the cylindrical pin of the head sub-assembly (11), wherein the cylindrical element has an upper annular offset passing into a cylindrical offset of a smaller diameter, on which the lower end of a helical cylindrical spring made of steel wire, inseparably connected to the upper annular offset, is mounted, while the upper end of the spring is mounted on the outer surface of the cylindrical metal upper part conically - a cylindrical sleeve (6), to which it is inseparably connected, wherein the lower surface of the cylindrical upper part of the conical-cylindrical sleeve (6) and the upper surface of the cylindrical shoulder of the lower base (8) are connected by means of screws to both ends of the flexible electric wire, while in the axial through hole of the upper conical part (6') of the conical-cylindrical sleeve (6) the lower end of the metal antenna (1) is mounted and releasably connected to it, wherein both the cylindrical part of the conical-cylindrical sleeve (6) and the lower base (8) and the spring mounted on them are tightly surrounded by a sleeve cover (32) made of flexible, stretchable rubber-like material, while the lower end of the head subassembly (11) is connected to the stabilizing subassembly (13), and the lower threaded part of the metal cylindrical base (12) of the head subassembly (11) is screwed into the metal two-stage sleeve (14) of the lower metal mast subassembly.
