Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszalnik do selektywnej redukcji katalitycznej gazów spalinowych w kształcie litery U, zawierający wlot gazów spalinowych, komorę przepływu gazów spalinowych, wylot gazów spalinowych oraz gniazdo wtryskiwacza, charakteryzuje się tym, że w części centralnej (5) komory (8) przepływu gazów spalinowych, poprzecznie do kierunku przepływu gazów spalinowych, zamocowany jest mieszalnik łopatkowy (3), który zawiera co najmniej cztery łopatki (16) w kształcie zbliżonym do litery V. Łopatki (16) stanowią element płytowy i zamocowane są wzdłuż osi prostopadłej do osi wzdłużnej mieszalnika i są zgrupowane symetrycznie w dwóch zestawach tak, że są skierowane do siebie wierzchołkami. Z kolei od strony wlotu (4) w komorze (8) przepływu gazów spalinowych zamocowana jest płyta kierująca dolna (1) oraz płyta kierująca górna (2). Płyta kierująca dolna (1) ustawiona jest pod kątem od 90° do 120° względem wlotu (4) gazów spalinowych, a płyta kierująca górna (2) zamocowana jest równolegle nad płytą kierująca dolną (1). Ściany boczne płyty dolnej (1) są łukowo wygięte w stronę gniazda (7) wtryskiwacza, zaś ściany boczne (17) płyty górnej (2) są łukowo wygięte w stronę wlotu (4). Płyta górna (2) jest szersza od płyty dolnej (1).
