Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest Przepływowy Reaktor Biogazowy, który tworzą co najmniej dwie rury położone jedna nad drugą i odchylone od poziomu o kąt α, połączone łącznikiem z odprowadzeniem biogazu i kolektorem z zaworem do usuwania ciężkich frakcji fermentującej mieszaniny. Reaktor wyposażony jest w armaturę w postaci zaworu i pomp oraz mieszadła statycznego umożliwiającą skuteczne mieszanie substratu z pofermentem. Rury reaktora wyposażone są w osadzone na wałach obrotowych wstęgi Archimedesa do transportu ciężkich frakcji fermentującej mieszaniny wzdłuż rur reaktora i, w konsekwencji, do odprowadzania ich na zewnątrz zaworem.
