Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół do automatycznego sterowania pracą młyna rolowo-misowego do rozdrabniania wsadu wapiennego oraz sposób automatycznego sterowania pracą młyna rolowo-misowego do rozdrabniania wsadu wapiennego do postaci mączek i kred o uziarnieniu od 0,01 do 1,4 mm, mających zastosowanie w energetyce, rolnictwie, branży budowlanej, przemyśle szklarskim i ceramicznym oraz do budowy dróg. Zespół do automatycznego sterowania pracą młyna rolowo-misowego do rozdrabniania wsadu wapiennego do postaci mączek i kred, którego nadawa z silosa jest dostarczana do młyna rolowo-misowego (M) podajnikiem surowca (T) napędzanym silnikiem elektrycznym (Ms), z którego to za pośrednictwem filtrów technologicznych podłączonych do podciśnieniowego wentylatora technologicznego przewodami urobek jest kierowany do silosów produktów, charakteryzuje się tym, że nad podajnikiem surowca (T) zamontowany jest układ dozowania (D) w postaci dysz dozujących modyfikator adhezji podawany pompą (Pc) z czujnikiem ciśnienia modyfikatora (Pp), natomiast młyn rolowo-misowy (M) posiada czujnik pomiaru drgań (Wib), ponadto w przewodach podciśnieniowych pomiędzy wyjściem młyna rolowo-misowego (M), a wejściem do filtra technologicznego zmontowany jest pierwszy czujnik podciśnienia (P1) oraz w przewodach podciśnieniowych pomiędzy wyjściem filtra, a wejściem wentylatora zmontowany jest trzeci czujnik podciśnienia (P3) oraz drugi czujnik podciśnienia (P2) pomiędzy wyjściem wentylatora, a wejściem młyna rolowo-misowego (M). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób automatycznego sterowania pracą młyna rolowo-misowego do rozdrabniania wsadu wapiennego.The subject of the application is a unit for automatic control of the operation of a roller-bowl mill for grinding limestone charge and a method for automatic control of the operation of a roller-bowl mill for grinding limestone charge into flours and chalks with a grain size of 0.01 to 1.4 mm, for use in the energy sector, agriculture, construction industry, glass and ceramics industry and for road construction. A unit for automatic control of the operation of a roller-bowl mill for grinding limestone feed into the form of flours and chalks, the feed of which from the silo is supplied to the roller-bowl mill (M) by means of a raw material feeder (T) driven by an electric motor (Ms), from which the mined material is directed to product silos via technological filters connected to a negative pressure technological fan by means of ducts, is characterized in that a dosing system (D) is mounted above the raw material feeder (T) in the form of nozzles dosing the adhesion modifier fed by a pump (Pc) with a modifier pressure sensor (Pp), while the roller-bowl mill (M) has a vibration measurement sensor (Wib), furthermore, the first negative pressure sensor (P1) is mounted in the negative pressure ducts between the output of the roller-bowl mill (M) and the input to the technological filter, and in the negative pressure ducts between the output of the filter and the input of the fan a third negative pressure sensor (P3) and a second negative pressure sensor (P2) are mounted between the fan outlet and the roller-bowl mill inlet (M). The subject of the application is also a method for automatically controlling the operation of a roller-bowl mill for grinding limestone charge.
