Abstract

Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje problem konstrukcji warstwowej płyty akustycznej służącej do wyciszania ścian zwłaszcza wewnętrznych. Płyta zbudowana jest z trzech połączonych ze sobą warstw, warstwy dolnej (1), którą stanowi płyta wiórowa, warstwy górnej (2), którą stanowi płyta MDF oraz warstwy środkowej (3), którą stanowi ramka wykonana z płyty MDF, gdzie powstała przestrzeń (4) między warstwami (1) i (2) wypełniona jest piaskiem kwarcowym o frakcji 0,1 - 0,5 mm, zaś powierzchnie warstw (1) i (2) od strony skierowanej do środka płyty akustycznej pokryte są filtrem (5) korzystnie w postaci taśmy dwustronnie klejącej o grubości 0,1 - 0,2 mm, a na odcinku przestrzeni (4) mają wyfrezowane naprzemiennie rowki dyfrakcyjne (6) o przekroju trójkątnym. Płyta posiadająca trzy warstwy o różnej strukturze, które stanowią barierę rozpraszającą, izolującą i pochłaniającą dźwięk, pozwala na efektywne wyciszenie hałasu i dźwięku z zewnątrz.The application solves the problem of the construction of a layered acoustic board used to soundproof walls, especially internal ones. The board is made of three interconnected layers, the lower layer (1), which is a chipboard, the upper layer (2), which is an MDF board and the middle layer (3), which is a frame made of MDF board, where the resulting space (4) between layers (1) and (2) is filled with quartz sand with a fraction of 0.1 - 0.5 mm, while the surfaces of layers (1) and (2) on the side facing the center of the acoustic board are covered with a filter (5), preferably in the form of double-sided adhesive tape with a thickness of 0.1 - 0.2 mm, and on the section of space (4) they have alternating diffraction grooves (6) with a triangular cross-section milled. The board having three layers of different structure, which constitute a barrier that disperses, insulates and absorbs sound, allows for effective soundproofing of noise and sound from outside.
