Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytworzenia barwionej nawierzchni z przetworzonych opon samochodowych, z wykorzystaniem kauczuku butadienowo - styrenowego, charakteryzujący się tym, że po uzyskaniu w komorze mieszania temperatury wynoszącej co najmniej 30°C umieszcza się w niej mające długość od 10 mm do 60 mm oraz szerokość od 5 mm do 15 mm, uzyskane z opon samochodowych włókna kauczuku butadienowo - styrenowego, a następnie do włókien kauczuku butadienowo - styrenowego dodaje się 3,5% części wag. utwardzacza w postaci ciekłego izocyjanianu transparentnego, po czym oba składniki miesza się przez okres 3 min, a po tym czasie dodaje się 0,92% części wag. pierwszej naważki sypkiego pigmentu nieorganicznego, a następnie miesza się składniki przez okres 3 minut, po czym dodaje się 0,42% części wag. pierwszej porcji wodnego roztworu katalizatora, a dalej miesza się składniki przez okres 2 min, a po tym czasie dodaje się 0,58% części wag. drugiej naważki sypkiego pigmentu nieorganicznego oraz 0,18% części wag. drugiej porcji wodnego roztworu katalizatora i dalej miesza się składniki przez okres 6 min, aż do momentu uzyskania właściwej ich dyspersji, przy czym wodny roztwór katalizatora posiada stężenie wynoszące 3%, zaś mieszanie składników odbywa się z prędkością obrotową mieszadła wynoszącą 15 obr./min, następnie otrzymaną w ten sposób, posiadającą postać sypką zabarwioną mieszankę odbiera się z komory mieszania i wsypuje się do zbiornika mieszania, dodaje się lepiszcze, po czym zabarwioną mieszankę i lepiszcze miesza się aż do uzyskania jednolitej, zabarwionej warstwy wierzchniej (1), a następnie tak powstałą zabarwioną warstwę wierzchnią (1) odbiera się ze zbiornika mieszania i nakłada się na będącą jednolitą podbudową warstwę spodnią (2), która wraz z zabarwioną warstwą wierzchnią (1) tworzy barwioną nawierzchnię.The subject of the application is a method of producing a colored surface from processed car tires, using butadiene-styrene rubber, characterized in that after reaching a temperature of at least 30°C in the mixing chamber, butadiene-styrene rubber fibers having a length of 10 mm to 60 mm and a width of 5 mm to 15 mm, obtained from car tires, are placed therein, and then 3.5% by weight of a hardener in the form of liquid transparent isocyanate is added to the butadiene-styrene rubber fibers, after which both components are mixed for a period of 3 minutes, and after that time 0.92% by weight of the first weighed portion of loose inorganic pigment is added, and then the components are mixed for a period of 3 minutes, after which 0.42% by weight of the first weighed portion of loose inorganic pigment is added. the first portion of the aqueous catalyst solution, and then the components are mixed for a period of 2 minutes, and after that time 0.58% by weight of the second portion of the loose inorganic pigment and 0.18% by weight of the second portion of the aqueous catalyst solution are added, and the components are further mixed for a period of 6 minutes, until their proper dispersion is obtained, wherein the aqueous catalyst solution has a concentration of 3%, and the components are mixed at a mixer rotation speed of 15 rpm, then the coloured mixture obtained in this way, in a loose form, is collected from the mixing chamber and poured into the mixing tank, the binder is added, after which the coloured mixture and the binder are mixed until a uniform, coloured top layer (1) is obtained, and then the coloured top layer (1) so obtained is collected from the mixing tank and applied to the uniform sub-base layer (2), which together with the coloured top layer (1) forms the coloured surface.
