Abstract

Forma do wytwarzania płyt kompozytowych zawiera dwie płyty zamykające (1a, 1b) z umieszczonymi pomiędzy nimi płytami roboczymi (2a, 2b) tak, że płyta zamykająca górna (1a) połączona jest z płytą roboczą górną (2a), zaś płyta zamykająca dolna (1b) połączona jest z płytą roboczą dolną (2b). W płycie roboczej (2a, 2b) jest co najmniej jeden kanał grzejny (4) na ciecz grzewczą, który pierwszym końcem połączony jest z otworem zasilającym oraz drugim końcem z otworem wylotowym (6). Kanał grzejny (4) w płycie roboczej (2a, 2b) jest ułożony spiralnie wokół jej środka. Na płycie roboczej dolnej (2b) od strony płyty roboczej górnej (2a) jest rama (9) z przestrzenią środkową (10) na formowaną płytę kompozytową (3), przy czym w tej ramie (9) na jej obwodzie są otwory odprowadzające (11). Na ramie (9) jest uszczelka zewnętrzna (13), która poprowadzona jest wzdłuż obwodu płyty roboczej (2a, 2b), zaś wzdłuż tej uszczelki zewnętrznej (13), od środka tej ramy (9) poprowadzona jest uszczelka wewnętrzna (14). Uszczelka wewnętrzna (14) ma mniejszą wysokość od uszczelki zewnętrznej (13). Otwory odprowadzające (11) w ramie (9) są pomiędzy uszczelkami (13, 14).
