Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płynna kompozycja inhibitorów fosfodiesterazy typu 5 (PDE-5) wybranych z siedenfilu, wardenafilu, ich soli lub ich mieszaniny, sposób jej wytwarzania oraz jej zastosowanie do leczenia zaburzeń erekcji, szczególnie jako kompozycja w postaci aerozolu do podawania z atomizera gardłowego o dozie w zakresie 12,5 - 25 mg PDE-5.The subject of the application is a liquid composition of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors selected from siedenfil, vardenafil, their salts or a mixture thereof, a method of its preparation and its use for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, particularly as a composition in the form of an aerosol to be administered from a throat atomizer with a dose in the range of 12.5 - 25 mg PDE-5.
