Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są 1-Arylo-6-hydroksyimino-5(1H)okso-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]imidazole o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R oznacza podstawnik w pierścieniu fenylowym taki jak wodór 3-metyl, 4-metyl, 3-chloro, 4-chloro, 2-metoksy, 4-metoksy oraz sposób ich otrzymywania charakteryzujący się tym, że pochodne 1-arylo-5,6(1H)diokso-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]imidazole o wzorze ogólnym 2, gdzie R ma wyżej podane znaczenie poddaje się kondensacji z chlorowodorkiem hydroksyloaminy o wzorze ogólnym 3, przy czym reakcję prowadzi się w polarnym, protonowym rozpuszczalniku, korzystnie alkoholu. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również zastosowanie przedmiotowych związków w leczeniu bólu neuropatycznego i przewlekłego.
