Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest szczytowa siłownia wodna zasilana z rurociągu odwadniającego kopalni głębinowej, wytwarzająca energię elektryczną w czasie szczytowego lub awaryjnego zapotrzebowania, ściśle powiązana z działaniem instalacji głównego odwadniania podziemnych wyrobisk kopalń głębinowych. Szczytowa siłownia wodna ma szeregową strukturę konstrukcyjną związaną z pionowym wałem, na którym w najniżej położonym miejscu zamocowana jest osiowo-nieobrotowo-centrycznie tarcza wirnika Peltona (2) z łopatkami (3) i ponad tarczą (2), na stropie (19), przymocowana jest względem osi wału panew z otworami, a ponad panwią przymocowany jest do wału stożkowy czop o kształcie bieżni dolnej dopasowanym do kształtu powierzchni górnej panwi i w stożkowym czopie znajdują się skośne ku górze otwory połączone dolnym końcem z obszarem wylotu z otworów oraz powyżej na nieruchomej platformie środkowej (A) zamocowana jest centrycznie do wału podstawa, do której od góry wkręcona jest tuleja regulacyjna z kulistą podporą, na której podparte jest łożysko toczne stożkowe, które od góry jest w kontakcie z nałożoną na wał centrycznie tuleją przesuwną z wybraniem w środkowej części, a w wybranie włożone są, rozmieszczone równomiernie na obwodzie wału końcówki uchylnych dźwigni.The subject of the application is a peak water power plant supplied from the drainage pipeline of a deep mine, generating electricity during peak or emergency demand, closely linked to the operation of the main drainage installation for underground workings of deep mines. The top water power plant has a series construction structure connected with a vertical shaft, on which a Pelton rotor disc (2) with blades (3) is mounted axially-non-rotatable-centrically at the lowest point and above the disc (2), on the ceiling (19), a bush with holes is mounted relative to the shaft axis, and above the bush a conical journal with the shape of the lower track adapted to the shape of the upper surface of the bush is attached to the shaft and in the conical journal there are upwardly inclined holes connected by their lower end to the area of the outlet from the holes and above on the fixed central platform (A) a base is mounted centrally to the shaft, to which an adjustment sleeve with a spherical support is screwed from above, on which a tapered rolling bearing is supported, which from above is in contact with a sliding sleeve placed centrally on the shaft with a recess in the central part, and in the recess are inserted, evenly distributed on the circumference shaft ends of the tilting levers.
