Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania biodegradowalnej włókniny spun-bonded z aktywną warstwą antypatogenową, gdzie stopiony i uplastyczniony polimer włóknotwórczy przetłacza się przez wielootworową filierę uzyskując włókna, z których po chłodzeniu i rozciągnięciu za pomocą powietrza formuje się runo, zespalane następnie we włókninę, charakteryzujący się tym, że włóknina wytwarzana jest z polimeru włóknotwórczego na bazie bursztynianu polibutylenu, a na wytworzoną włókninę nanosi się, za pomocą modułu wyposażonego w dyszę, warstwę polisacharydową w postaci roztworu chitozanu w kwasie mlekowym.
