Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest suszarka wibracyjna z wibratorem kołnierzowym wywołującym ruch precesyjny materiału ziarnistego wewnątrz zbiornika. Suszarka składa się z podstawy (1) i amortyzowanego sprężynami (2) stołu wibracyjnego (3), na którym zamocowano komorę (5) i zbiornik cylindryczny (10) z dnem sitowym (6), wewnątrz zbiornika (10) zamocowany jest blok złożony z mieszadeł stacjonarnych (11), które składają się z nachylonych pod kątem 45° powierzchni zamocowanych do pierścienia zewnętrznego i wewnętrznego, przy czym mieszadła (11) zamocowane są do pokrywy (9) i/lub dna komory (5), zaś napęd suszarki stanowi wibrator kołnierzowy (4), zamocowany centralnie do stołu wibracyjnego, który ma regulowane przeciwwagi w celu wywołania ruchu obwodowego w płaszczyźnie poziomej materiału w zbiorniku (10).The subject of the application is a vibratory dryer with a collar vibrator causing precessional movement of granular material inside the tank. The dryer consists of a base (1) and a spring-loaded (2) vibrating table (3) on which a chamber (5) and a cylindrical tank (10) with a sieve bottom (6) are mounted, inside the tank (10) there is mounted a block consisting of stationary mixers (11), which consist of surfaces inclined at an angle of 45° attached to the outer and inner rings, wherein the mixers (11) are attached to the cover (9) and/or the bottom of the chamber (5), and the dryer drive is a collar vibrator (4), mounted centrally to the vibrating table, which has adjustable counterweights to cause circumferential movement in the horizontal plane of the material in the tank (10).
