Abstract
W pierwszym przykładzie wykonania część stała składa się ze stelażu (1), na którym ustawiony jest moduł wagowy (2), zawierający wewnątrz przetwornik wagowy, wyposażony w nośnię ładunku (3). Stelaż (1) jest ukształtowany tak, że posiada dwie podpory boczne wychodzące od podstawy stelażu (1) w górę i rozciągające się wzdłuż kierunku ruchu przenośnika, posiadające w górnej części powierzchnie oporowe (4). Nośnia ładunku (3) jest wyposażona w co najmniej jeden kształtownik (5), przytwierdzony do nośni ładunku (3), o kształcie półotwartym rozciągającym się w górę i w bok np. w kształcie ceownika, tak że dolny element ceownika jest przytwierdzony do nośni ładunku, jego część boczna rozciąga się w górę od nośni ładunku (3), a część górna, równoległa do części dolnej rozciąga się nad nośnią ładunku (3) na pewnej wysokości równej wysokości kształtownika (5) tworząc przestrzeń operacyjną w obrębie swojego kształtu.
