Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest konstrukcja mocowania z pośrednią warstwą hydroizolacji zwłaszcza panelu fotowoltaicznego oraz sposób mocowania z pośrednią warstwą hydroizolacji zwłaszcza panelu fotowoltaicznego, mające zastosowanie w budownictwie przy montażu tych elementów zwłaszcza do płaskich powierzchni dachowych. Konstrukcja mocowania dachowego z pośrednią warstwą hydroizolacji zwłaszcza panelu fotowoltaicznego, która obejmuje przymocowaną płaszczyznowo do elementów nośnych dachu (4) za pomocą zespołu łączników (2) co najmniej jedną warstwę hydroizolacji (1), charakteryzuje się tym, że na powierzchni dachowej pokrytej warstwą hydroizolacji (1) umieszczony jest co najmniej jeden płaszczyznowy wspornik (3) zaopatrzony w pionowy trzpień mocujący (5) obsadzony w otworze nałożonej na niego łaty (7), korzystnie wykonanej z materiału identycznego co hydroizolacja (1), która pokrywa ów płaszczyznowy wspornik (3) i zachodzi krawędziami na powierzchnię hydroizolacji (1).The subject of the application is a fastening structure with an intermediate waterproofing layer, especially a photovoltaic panel, and a method of fastening with an intermediate waterproofing layer, especially a photovoltaic panel, applicable in construction when mounting these elements, especially to flat roof surfaces.
