Abstract

Celem urządzenia do wykonywania monolitycznego stropu z betonu szybkowiążącego według wynalazku jest opracowanie konstrukcji urządzenia, które upraszcza szalowanie stropu i zwiększa jego walory użytkowe. Urządzenie do wykonywania monolitycznego stropu z betonu szybkowiążącego ma jezdną ramę nośną (1) z zamocowanymi do niej od spodu zespołem szalowania (2), a od góry łopatkowym podajnikiem betonu (3). Do jezdnej ramy nośnej (1) zamocowany jest bęben rozwijający (4) z siatką zbrojeniową i szpula rozwijająca (6) z folią paroizolacyjną, umieszczone nad łukowatą prowadnicą dolną (5) oraz szpula rozwijająca (7) folii paroizolacyjnej umieszczona nad łukowatą prowadnicą górną (8) połączoną z płytowym elementem formującym (11). Zespół szalowania (2) składa się z płyty ślizgowej (10) zamocowanej do wzdłużnych belek (11) jezdnej ramy nośnej (1) oraz z rolek podpierających (12) usytuowanych za płytą ślizgową (10).The purpose of the device for making a monolithic ceiling made of quick-setting concrete according to the invention is to develop a device structure that simplifies the formwork of the ceiling and increases its utility values. The device for making a monolithic ceiling made of quick-setting concrete has a mobile supporting frame (1) with a formwork assembly (2) attached to it from below, and a concrete feeder (3) with a paddle from above. An unwinding drum (4) with a reinforcing mesh and an unwinding spool (6) with a vapour barrier film, placed above an arc-shaped lower guide (5), and an unwinding spool (7) of a vapour barrier film placed above an arc-shaped upper guide (8) connected to a plate-shaped forming element (11), are attached to the mobile supporting frame (1). The formwork assembly (2) consists of a sliding plate (10) attached to the longitudinal beams (11) of the mobile support frame (1) and of support rollers (12) located behind the sliding plate (10).
