Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania profili odlewanych ze stopu Al-Cu-Mg o zawartości miedzi w ilości 3% - 4,5% wag., który charakteryzuje się tym, że złom aluminiowy, magnezowy i miedziany stanowią razem co najmniej 80% wag. całości wsadu, a zawartość magnezu w stopie wynosi od 3,1% do 6% wag., przy czym proces odlewania ciągłego prowadzi się przy posuwie odlewu wynoszącym 8 - 12 mm i przy 2 - 5 s czasu postoju, a wydatek cieczy chłodzącej w procesie odlewania ciągłego w systemie pierwotnym wynosi od 0,12 do 0,3 l/min, zaś w procesie utwardzania wydzieleniowego homogenizacja odlanego profilu odbywa się w temperaturze 480°C - 500°C w czasie od 6 do 24 godzin z chłodzeniem w wodzie, a starzenie jest starzeniem sztucznym i odbywa się w temperaturze 190°C - 215°C w czasie od 3 do 14 godzin z chłodzeniem na powietrzu.The subject of the application is a method for manufacturing profiles cast from an Al-Cu-Mg alloy with a copper content of 3% - 4.5% by weight, which is characterized in that aluminum, magnesium and copper scrap together constitute at least 80% by weight. of the total charge, and the magnesium content in the alloy is from 3.1% to 6% by weight, wherein the continuous casting process is carried out at a casting feed rate of 8 - 12 mm and a standstill time of 2 - 5 s, and the cooling liquid flow rate in the continuous casting process in the primary system is from 0.12 to 0.3 l/min, while in the precipitation hardening process, homogenization of the cast profile takes place at a temperature of 480°C - 500°C for 6 to 24 hours with cooling in water, and the ageing is artificial ageing and takes place at a temperature of 190°C - 215°C for 3 to 14 hours with cooling in air.
