Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest moduł osłonowy schronu modułowego i schron modułowy. Moduł ma postać kompozytowej płyty łukowej (1) o stałej szerokości i o stałej grubości. Wewnątrz tej płyty (1) znajduje się pakiet co najmniej dwóch łukowych blach falistych, połączonych ze sobą. Fala każdej blachy biegnie prostopadle do osi wzdłużnej modułu. W przekroju poprzecznym tej fali, jej dna, zbocza i wierzchołki, tworzących zarys fali, wyznaczają odcinki linii prostej o jednakowej długości. W każdym przekroju poprzecznym każdej łukowej blachy falistej wszystkie dna fali leżą na pierwszej prostej, zaś wszystkie wierzchołki fali leżą na drugiej prostej, która jest równoległa do wspomnianej pierwszej prostej. Długość odcinka wyznaczającego wierzchołek fali wynosi od 5% do 100% długości odcinka wyznaczającego dno fali. Kąty α jakie tworzą odcinki wyznaczające zbocza fali z sąsiadującymi odcinkami wyznaczającymi wierzchołki fali i z odcinkami wyznaczającymi dna fali są sobie równe i mieszczą się w zakresie od 90 do 120 stopni. Dna fali blachy falistej stykają się z wierzchołkami fali blachy falistej kolejnej w pakiecie. Zamknięte przestrzenie między falami blach falistych pakietu wypełnione są spienionym tworzywem (12). Pomiędzy pierwszą, a drugą, licząc od dołu, blachą falistą znajduje się warstwa przeciwzasypowa z tkaniny. Górną powierzchnię modułu stanowi kompozytowa warstwa balistyczna. Na bokach płyty znajdują się część zamka łączącego dany moduł z modułem sąsiednim w trakcie tworzenia schronu z takich modułów. Na obu końcach modułu znajdują się dwukołowe wózki (30, 31).The subject of the application is a modular shelter shield module and a modular shelter. Inside this plate (1) there is a package of at least two arched corrugated sheets connected to each other. The wave of each sheet runs perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the module. In the cross-section of this wave, its bottom, slopes and peaks, forming the outline of the wave, define straight line segments of equal length. In each cross-section of each arched corrugated sheet, all wave bottoms lie on the first straight line, while all wave peaks lie on the second straight line, which is parallel to the aforementioned first straight line. The length of the segment defining the wave top is from 5% to 100% of the length of the segment defining the wave bottom. The angles α formed by the segments defining the wave slopes with the adjacent segments defining the wave tops and with the segments defining the wave bottoms are equal and range from 90 to 120 degrees. The bottoms of the corrugated sheet wave contact the tops of the corrugated sheet wave of the next sheet in the bundle. The closed spaces between the corrugated sheet waves of the bundle are filled with foamed plastic (12). Between the first and the second corrugated sheet, counting from the bottom, there is an anti-bumper layer made of fabric. The upper surface of the module is a composite ballistic layer. On the sides of the plate there is a part of the lock connecting a given module with the adjacent module during the creation of a shelter from such modules. On both ends of the module there are two-wheeled trolleys (30, 31).
