Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka zaprawy cementowej zawierająca wypełnienie w postaci materiałów pochodzących z recyklingu, przeznaczona do zastosowania w budownictwie, zwłaszcza klejowa zaprawa cementowa, obejmująca kruszywo grube i piasek, spoiwo cementowe, wodę, domieszkę upłynniającą, charakteryzująca się tym, że ponadto zawiera w przeliczeniu na 1 m<sup>3</sup> zarobu: (a) stłuczkę szklaną sodowego szkła postkonsumpcyjnego jako kruszywo grube frakcji 0,9/4,0 mm w ilości 222 kg/m<sup>3</sup> oraz (b) domieszkę odpadowego granulatu polimerowego frakcji 0/0,250 mm w zakresie 2% - 10% wagowo, względem masy spoiwa cementowego, przy czym masa spoiwa cementowego wynosi co najmniej 320 kg/m<sup>3</sup>.The subject of the application is a cement mortar mixture containing a filler in the form of recycled materials, intended for use in construction, in particular an adhesive cement mortar comprising coarse aggregate and sand, cement binder, water, and a fluidifying admixture, characterized in that it further contains, per 1 m<sup>3</sup> of batch: (a) post-consumer sodium glass cullet as coarse aggregate of fraction 0.9/4.0 mm in the amount of 222 kg/m<sup>3</sup> and (b) an admixture of waste polymer granulate of fraction 0/0.250 mm in the range of 2% - 10% by weight, relative to the weight of the cement binder, wherein the weight of the cement binder is at least 320 kg/m<sup>3</sup>.
