Abstract

Niniejsze zgłoszenie dotyczy reaktora do przetwarzania biomasy przez prażenie, przy czym reaktor jest reaktorem dwustopniowym, zawierającym pierwszą sekcję wewnętrzną (2) i drugą sekcję zewnętrzną (3) dla dwustopniowego prażenia, przy czym druga sekcja zewnętrzna (3) otacza pierwszą sekcję wewnętrzną (2). Pierwsza sekcja wewnętrzna (2) dla pierwszego stopnia prażenia zawiera pierwszy cylinder, przy czym w dolnej części pierwszego cylindra znajduje się wlot (1) do doprowadzania biomasy i gorącego medium gazowego, przy czym pierwszy cylinder jest całkowicie otwarty na górnym końcu. Druga sekcja zewnętrzna (3) dla drugiego stopnia prażenia może również zawierać drugi cylinder o takiej średnicy, która umożliwia nasunięcie drugiego cylindra na pierwszą sekcję wewnętrzną (2). Górny koniec drugiego cylindra jest korzystnie zakończony kopułą (4) reaktora, przy czym pierwsza sekcja wewnętrzna (2) przechodzi przez nachyloną sekcję dolną (5) drugiej sekcji zewnętrznej (3), która to sekcja dolna (5) otwiera się na wylot (7) reaktora.
