Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób hemolizy sztywnej biopianki poliuretanowej polegający na tym, że miesza się piankę z czynnikiem hemolizującym, którego istotą jest to, że stosuje się piankę, do której wytworzenia zastosowano wyłącznie biopoliol z oleju roślinnego albo mieszaninę biopoliolu w ilości od 25% do 100% mas. i poliolu petrochemicznego, przy czym piankę wprowadza się partiami do glikolu dietylenowego albo do biopoliolu o liczbie hydroksylowej 327 – 350 mgKOH/g, lepkości 156 - 182 mPa•s i średniej masie cząsteczkowej 337 - 357 g/mol zsyntezowanego w reakcji transestryfikacji oleju rzepakowego trietanoloaminą i reakcję prowadzi się do momentu rozpuszczenia pianki pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym.
