Abstract

Płyta komórkowa klejona krzyżowo z prostokątnymi lub wklęsłymi auksetycznymi komórkami składająca się z zewnętrznych okładzin (1) oraz rdzenia (3), charakteryzuje się tym, że nie mniej niż dwie warstwy okładzin zewnętrznych (1) ułożone są na sobie krzyżowo, a każda z warstw wykonana jest ze sklejonych desek (2) struganych czterostronnie, które nie łączą się ze sobą na szerokość, a każda z desek (2) okładziny zewnętrznej (1) ma nie mniej niż cztery warstwy. Rdzeń (3), którego ściany wykonane są z tarcicy konstrukcyjnej i tworzą połączone ze sobą puste wklęsłe komórki heksagonalne. Każda wklęsła komórka heksagonalna składa się z równoległych względem siebie dwóch ścian pionowych oraz dwóch par ścian poziomych. Ściana pionowa połączona jest ze ścianami poziomymi pod kątem mniejszym niż 90°, a ściany poziome ze sobą nawzajem pod kątem większym niż 180°. Miejsce łączenia się ścian poziomych ze sobą stanowi oś symetrii dla wklęsłej komórki heksagonalnej. W miejscu, gdzie ściany poziome łączą się ze sobą, na obu ich końcach, znajduje się fazowanie tworzące wypust - naprzemiennie na wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej powierzchni wklęsłej komórki heksagonalnej. Głębokość wypustu jest nie większa niż połowa grubości ściany poziomej, a jego szerokość odpowiada grubości ściany pionowej. The vertical wall is connected to the horizontal walls at an angle of less than 90°, and the horizontal walls are connected to each other at an angle of greater than 180°. The place where the horizontal walls join together is the axis of symmetry for the concave hexagonal cell. In the place where the horizontal walls join together, at both their ends, there is a chamfer that creates a projection - alternately on the inner and outer surfaces of the concave hexagonal cell. The depth of the projection is no more than half the thickness of the horizontal wall, and its width corresponds to the thickness of the vertical wall. The vertical wall of the next concave hexagonal cell enters at the projection. The horizontal walls are joined together by means of a micro-dovetail joint and the well-known polyurethane glue for wood.
