Abstract

Klejona belka z komórkami auksetycznymi re-entrant składająca się z dwóch zewnętrznych, poziomych pasów (1, 6) wykonanych z drewna nie klejonego lub klejonego typu BSH, C16, C24, KVH oraz z co najmniej dwóch pionowych słupów (2) wykonanych z drewna nie klejonego lub klejonego typu BSH, C16, C24, KVH, pomiędzy którymi umieszczony jest rdzeń belki w jakiej rdzeń belki stanowią wklęsłe komórki wykonane z tarcicy konstrukcyjnej, najlepiej struganej lub sklejki, korzystnie płyty HDF lub płyty OSB, a każda komórka składa się z dwóch ścian pionowych (3) oraz symetrycznych ścian (4, 5) formujących wklęsłe powierzchnie komórki, maksymalna wysokość komórki Hc wynosi od 80 mm do 300 mm skalowane co 10 mm, minimalna wysokość komórki hc wynosi od 40 mm do 250 mm skalowane co 10 mm, różnica wysokości Hc-hc wynosi od 20 mm do 100 mm, długość komórki Lc wynosi od 100 mm do 400 mm skalowane co 10 mm.Glued beam with re-entrant auxetic cells consisting of two external, horizontal strips (1, 6) made of non-glued or glued wood of the BSH, C16, C24, KVH type and at least two vertical columns (2) made of non-glued or glued wood of the BSH, C16, C24, KVH type, between which a beam core is placed, in which the beam core consists of concave cells made of structural sawn timber, preferably planed or plywood, preferably HDF board or OSB board, and each cell consists of two vertical walls (3) and symmetrical walls (4, 5) forming concave cell surfaces, the maximum cell height Hc is from 80 mm to 300 mm scaled every 10 mm, the minimum cell height hc is from 40 mm to 250 mm scaled every 10 mm, the height difference Hc-hc is from 20 mm up to 100 mm, the cell length Lc is from 100 mm to 400 mm scaled in 10 mm steps.
