Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanina do zaczynu zmodyfikowanego gruntobetonu, która zawiera od 85% do 90% wagowych cementu i od 10% do 15% wagowych popiołu dennego z kotła fluidalnego ze spalania węgla kamiennego o frakcji wymiarowej nie większej niż 0,25 mm i o składzie w procentach wagowych: od 25,5% do 52% SiO<sub>2</sub>, od 1,5% do 3,5% Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, od 7,8% do 16,5% Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, od 19% do 40% CaO, od 0,5% do 1,3% MgO, od 0,4% do 0,9% K<sub>2</sub>O, od 0,2% do 0,5% Na<sub>2</sub>O, od 4,5% do 11,5% SO<sub>3</sub>. Z kolei popiół denny w frakcji wymiarowej nie większej niż 0,25 mm, najkorzystniej zawiera 80% frakcji wymiarowej poniżej 0,12 mm. Inna mieszanina do zaczynu zmodyfikowanego gruntobetonu zawiera od 80% do 88,5% wagowych cementu, od 9% do 15% wagowych popiołu dennego z kotła fluidalnego ze spalania węgla kamiennego o frakcji wymiarowej nie większej niż 0,25 mm i o składzie w procentach wagowych: od 25,5% do 52% SiO<sub>2</sub>, od 1,5% do 3,5% Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, od 7,8% do 16,5% Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>, od 19% do 40% CaO, od 0,5% do 1,3% MgO, od 0,4% do 0,9% K<sub>2</sub>O, od 0,2% do 0,5% Na<sub>2</sub>O, od 4,5% do 11,5% SO<sub>3</sub> oraz od 2,5% do 5,0% wagowych mikrokrzemionki. Z kolei popiół denny w frakcji wymiarowej nie większej niż 0,25 mm, najkorzystniej zawiera 80% frakcji wymiarowej poniżej 0,12 mm.
