Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stabilna nanocząstka polimerowo-lipidowa do wiązania i dostarczania leków, zwłaszcza o właściwościach przeciwnowotworowych charakteryzująca się tym, że złożona jest z rdzenia zawierającego kwas polimlekowo-ko-glikolowy (PLGA) w ilości od 16,1% do 30,3% wagowych oraz alkohol poliwinylowy (PVA) w ilości od 60,6% do 75,5% wagowych oraz otoczki rdzenia zawierającej mieszankę lipidów: 1,2-dipalmitoilo-sn-glicero-3-fosfocholinę (DDPC) w ilości od 3,66% do 12,6% wagowych, cholesterol w ilości od 1,85% do 6,29% wagowych oraz sól amonową 1,2-distearoilo-sn-glicero-3-fosfoetanoloamina-N –[amino(glikol polietylenowy)-2000 (DSPE-PEG(2000)NH2] w ilości od 0,15% do 0,5% wagowych. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania stabilnych nanocząstek polimerowo-lipidowych przenoszących leki, zwłaszcza o właściwościach przeciwnowotworowych.
