Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy hydrożelu chitozanowo-miedziowego zawierającego od 0,0008 mM do 300 mM chitozanu o stopniu deacetylacji chitozanu wynoszącym co najmniej 20%, o wysyceniu jonami miedzi(II) w ilości odpowiadającej od 5 do 100% całkowitej zawartości reaktywnych grup aminowych chitozanu i pH 7±1. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobów wytwarzania hydrożelu chitozanowo-miedziowego, sposobu pokrywania powierzchni hydrożelem chitozanowo-miedziowym, powierzchni, tkaniny, włókniny nim pokrytej, kompozycji farmaceutycznej, weterynaryjnej, kosmetycznej lub pielęgnacyjnej go zawierającej, kompozycji z hydrożelem chitozanowo-miedziowym do pokrywania powierzchni w celu zapobieganiu rozwojowi, hamowaniu wzrostu i zabijaniu bakterii, grzybów, wirusów, pierwotniaków, zastosowań hydrożelu chitozanowo-miedziowego, w tym jako środka biobójczego, środka antyseptycznego, środka przeciwbakteryjnego, środka bakteriostatycznego, środka przeciwwirusowego, środka grzybobójczego, środka do pokrywania, nasączania i odkażania powierzchni, jak również sposobu oczyszczania roztworów wodnych z zanieczyszczeń mikrobiologicznych wykorzystującego hydrożel chitozanowo-miedziowy.
