Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i urządzenie przeznaczone do wykonywania trwałego połączenia liny kotwi linowej i śrubowego zakończenia kotwi, charakteryzującego się dużą nośnością i odpornością na wpływy korozyjne. Sposób montażu zakończenia śrubowego kotwi linowej metodą zakuwania, realizowane jest w ten sposób, że na końcówkę liny (1) nasuwana jest śruba (2) uplastycznioną termicznie tulejową końcówką (2a), a następnie wywoływane jest jej plastyczne, dośrodkowe odkształcenie poprzez koncentryczny nacisk foremników (3). Urządzenie do montażu zakończenia śrubowego kotwi linowej ma podstawę (10) w formie grubościennego cylindra. Na górną powierzchnię podstawy (10) nałożony jest luźno osiowo zespół foremników (3) połączonych między sobą ruchomo sprężynami (12) i zespół foremników (3) dociskany jest pomocą oprawy (5), połączonej od góry ze stemplem (11), przy czym górna powierzchnia podstawy (10) ukształtowana jest stożkowo w dół, a dolna powierzchnia oprawy (5) ukształtowana jest stożkowo w górę i powierzchnie te dopasowane są do kształtu zespołu foremników (3).The subject of the application is a method and device intended for making a permanent connection of a rope anchor and a screw-type anchor end, characterized by high load-bearing capacity and resistance to corrosive influences. The method of assembling the screw-type end of a rope anchor by the crimping method is carried out in such a way that a screw (2) with a thermally plasticized sleeve-type end (2a) is pushed onto the end of the rope (1), and then its plastic, centripetal deformation is caused by concentric pressure of the formers (3). The device for assembling the screw-type end of a rope anchor has a base (10) in the form of a thick-walled cylinder. On the upper surface of the base (10) there is loosely placed an axial set of moulds (3) connected to each other movably by springs (12) and the set of moulds (3) is pressed by means of a holder (5) connected at the top to a punch (11), wherein the upper surface of the base (10) is shaped conically downwards and the lower surface of the holder (5) is shaped conically upwards and these surfaces are adapted to the shape of the set of moulds (3).
